Pop South is pleased to introduce readers to Adrian Miller, author of Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine (UNC Press, 2013), which won a prestigious James Beard Award.  Miller will be speaking at UNC Charlotte’s Center City location on  Thursday October 2, 2014 at 6pm. Q: You aim to explore “where Southern food ends and soul food begins.” What’s the difference between the two?
